Service Description
We will play 2 games of bowling and then have lunch together. With some time in the arcade too. As part of the fun, our PALS+ young people will order their lunch on their own (with support where necessary). PALS will subsidise the games of bowling and pay for lunch. I hope to see you there! We got a concession price, so if you could bring some proof of disability please e.g. Adult or Child Disability Payment letter. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
1. To book any activity with PALS the individual needs to be a registered member of PALS with all membership fees or debts paid in full. 2. Only the children and adults recorded on the membership can have places booked for all PALS events. 3. If an event is cancelled by PALS then you will receive a full refund. 4. If you make a booking but subsequently wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing PALS. 5. If PALS can amend the booking with the supplier/venue and do not incur a cost then you will get a full refund. 6. If PALS can not amend the booking with the supplier/venue, then you will not be able to get a refund and could be asked by PALS to pay the cost incurred by PALS (up to 100% of the booking value) as PALS typically pay 50% of the cost of every activity. If asked to pay the cost incurred by PALS you will not be allowed to book further activities until fees are paid in full.
