Service Description
An ideal experience for kids aged 6 and over and who love animals, this is a chance to hand-feed these special animals at a relaxed location in Wishaw. This event is not suitable for all children and please read before booking. Because of the sensitive nature of the animals we must keep the groups limited to a maximum of 6 children. To maximise the number of children benefiting, parents cannot book this activity for themselves and they will not be able to meet the alpacas (but you will remain in full view of the kids). If you have any questions about this please contact info@playandlearningsupport.co.uk before booking and we will do our best to answer as quickly as we can. The alpacas are gentle and used to being hand fed but, like all animals, they can be unpredictable. Best behaviour is encouraged. If any children are mobility restricted we should be able to accommodate but please contact us at info@playandlearningsupport.co.uk to let us know. We can pass on the details to the operator in advance. This will let them try to ensure the experience is as good as possible for your children. Parking is severely restricted at the site. To help with this we would ask members to lift share where possible. We will leave from the ASDA Cumbernauld car park at 9.15am to drive to Wishaw. Please let us know if you can offer a lift or if you will need a lift. The cost is £1 per child. Please book 1 space for each child attending.

Cancellation Policy
1. To book any activity with PALS the individual needs to be a registered member of PALS with all membership fees or debts paid in full. 2. Only the children and adults recorded on the membership can have places booked for all PALS events. 3. If an event is cancelled by PALS then you will receive a full refund. 4. If you make a booking but subsequently wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing PALS. 5. If PALS can amend the booking with the supplier/venue and do not incur a cost then you will get a full refund. 6. If PALS can not amend the booking with the supplier/venue, then you will not be able to get a refund and could be asked by PALS to pay the cost incurred by PALS (up to 100% of the booking value) as PALS typically pay 50% of the cost of every activity. If asked to pay the cost incurred by PALS you will not be allowed to book further activities until fees are paid in full.
